The bathrooms and adjoining powder room for our Watsons Bay client were tired and dated. Our brief was to elevate the rooms to a modern Mediterranean ambience with a sophisticated edge. The existing layouts were slightly amended to improve functionality, whilst keeping relocation of the services and costs to a minimum.

The base palette hints at tones of soft terracotta, with accents of stunning viola marble in the Venetian scarpa marrone mosaic floor and slab bench tops. The artisan texture of Venetian plaster is complimented by vertically laid gloss slat tiles. The natural elements of timber and glass are included in the vanity and bespoke lighting, with champagne Meir tapware adding another layer of elegance.

The powder room is a surprise burst of colour and talking point of the home. Blush coloured Venetian plaster walls, work adjacent to contemporary terrazzo wall tiling.
